Thomas R. Lambert, DMD, FAGD, MAGD, LLSR

Dr. Thomas Lambert is a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, having grown up in Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley area. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in biochemistry, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry and graduated top of his class, then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital, where he has been on the attending medical staff since 1987.

He spent ten years teaching at Northampton Community College Department of Dental Hygiene, and was awarded the Dental Department Teacher of the Year Award in 2007 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Department of Dental Medicine, where he has continued to volunteer his time every month for 40 years. He uses his extensive experience to help train general practice residents receiving advanced training in all phases of general dentistry.

"I always wanted to be a dentist, as it was the perfect match for my skills and interests with helping people and improving their lives. Opening my own practice has allowed me to provide the highest level of dental care that I was trained to perform for all my patients, rather than work in corporate dentistry or managed care, where either the patient or I would be forced to make compromises in dental care."

Carolee P., Registered Dental Hygienist

CaroLee has more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She joined the Thomas R. Lambert DMD team in 1997 and has enjoyed treating our wonderful patients ever since. CaroLee received her Registered Dental Hygiene degree from Northampton Community College. She provides periodontal therapy services our patients need to achieve and maintain a healthy smile. These services may include intraoral and external oral cancer screening, periodontal exams, periodontal maintenance, and knowledgeable advice on oral hygiene products.

CaroLee thoroughly reviews patients’ charts before she begins any treatment so she is able to provide individualized care. She enjoys working with special needs patients, as well as infants and geriatric patients to improve their oral health. She enjoys providing patients with a comfortable, gentle dental experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

She is a perfectionist and accepts nothing less than her best — this means that her patients receive the top-notch care they deserve. CaroLee is gentle and always has a positive attitude. Because of her previous experience working in a pediatric dental office, she loves working with kids!

Jessica M., Dental Assistant

Originally from New York, Jessica moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2003 to pursue new opportunities for her family. She began her dental career working in dentistry 8 years ago. While she loves assisting with children, she is equally at home in treating our adults and senior patients as if they were family.

Jess is a dedicated mom of 4 children including 1 year old twin boys who inspire her to work hard and achieve her goals. Currently she is attending Northampton Community College as she pursues a degree in Dental Hygiene.

Every member of our team is carefully selected, not only for their technical skills, but also for their engaging, personable qualities. Our practice remains committed to hiring the absolute best for our team. For this reason, we are delighted to welcome Jess to our dental family!

Eliana R., Dental Assistant

Eliana is the newest addition to our dental assisting team and joins Jess in providing the highest level of comfortable, experienced, and individualized patient care our practice is known for. At Always About Smiles, she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Eliana also speaks Spanish, helping patients feel confident speaking and hearing about their care in the language they are most comfortable using. She loves being part of each patient’s journey and takes pride in making a positive difference in their confidence and their overall experience.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Eliana was raised in Allentown, PA. She is a proud mom to two wonderful boys, who inspire her every day. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories, and embracing life’s special moments.

Mary Lou M., Office Manager

Mary Lou joined the Thomas R. Lambert DMD team in 1994. She has more than 32 years of experience in the dental field and is known for her efficiency and approachability in the workplace. She is also well-liked by our wonderful patients, who find her easy to talk to and a great resource for any questions or concerns they have. She is also bilingual, as she is fluent in Italian. Mary Lou is responsible for administrative and managerial tasks such as recruitment and training, treatment plan coordination, facilitating monthly staff meetings, overseeing fiscal responsibilities, scheduling patient appointments, and otherwise attending to the needs of our staff and patients.

To best serve her fellow team members and our patients, Mary Lou attended managerial conferences and continuing education training to stay updated on dental practices for the office. She is responsible for updating all policies and procedures and keeping the office current with new systems and technology.

Mary Lou has made a point over the last three decades to get to know each and every one of our patients by name — she is very skilled at addressing your individual concerns as the need arises. Mary Lou and her husband were married in 1989 in Foggia, Italy. They enjoy traveling to Italy at every opportunity to visit family and friends.

Gina M.

Gina began her dental career after graduation from Freedom High School. She works as an administrative and scheduling assistant with her mom, Mary Lou in our front office.

Gina recently received her dental assisting certificate from The Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting and is now in the process of pursuing her x-ray certification. She is a team player who serves a dual role in our office – introducing patients to new OSHA and CDC pandemic protocols for their visits with us and leading much-appreciated assistance in our clinical areas of the practice.
